Applications and Information for Counselors-In-Training

Responsibilities:  Camp Troll Fjell seeks individuals who love to work with children, establish a positive relationship with campers and staff, and who exemplify responsible and professional conduct.  CIT's will assist teachers during classes, and work with assistant director to learn how to be an effective counselors. Under the supervision of a counselor, CIT's will helping children become oriented to camp life, sleep and eat with tent group, assist children during campfire programs and afternoon activities and promote positive camp morale.

Qualifications:  Candidates who are 16 years old and have an interest in becoming a counselor.

Application Process:  Mail or email your application to the Assistant Director.

  1. CIT Application:  This is for those interested in being a counselor-in-training.  Print and compete this form:  (doc)  or (pdf)
